法润彩云南 | 网络普法共筑法治澄江
央视网消息 (记者 欧霁娴) “在我国，具有最高法律效力的是什么法？” 随着这个问题的提出，参加网络普法宣传活动的市民和游客们纷纷举手，现场气氛热烈。
8月22日下午，“全国网络普法行·云南站”活动媒体团来到云南省网络普法特色基地澄江化石博物馆，参与了一场别开生面的网络普法宣传活动。 活动以线上扫码答题、线下现场互动答题、科普大篷车播放普法视频等形式进行，当天共赠送游客及当地群众法律书籍、法治宣传制品500余份。
近年来，澄江市司法局聚焦网络普法领域法律法规，制作网络普法视频作品，全力打造更具澄江特色的网络普法品牌。 “7月以来，我们利用暑期旅游旺季游客攀升这一特性，围绕生态环境保护、未成年人保护、电信诈骗等内容开展了40余场普法宣传活动。” 澄江市司法局负责人介绍，活动赠送游客法律书籍、法治宣传制品1.2万余份，为前来澄江旅游的游客送上了一份丰富的法治礼包。
云南省澄江动物化石群，是观察寒武纪生命大爆发的绝佳窗口。云南省用最严格制度最严密法治保护化石地，先后颁布了《云南省澄江动物化石群保护规定》《云南省澄江化石地世界自然遗产保护条例》，探索出一条具有澄江特色的化石地司法保护道路，形成生物多样性保护的生动司法实践。
澄江市司法局将着重打造与公民生产生活息息相关，与时代发展合拍、与治网实践同频、与网民需求共振的网络普法品牌。着力提升可视化普法、互动式普法，让广大公民更进一步学法尊法、守法用法，真正将“纸上的法律” 转化为“行动中的法律”。
此次活动不仅让游客和当地群众学习了法律知识，也展现了澄江市司法局在网络普法方面的创新举措和成效。未来，澄江市将继续深化网络普法工作，为建设法治澄江、法治云南贡献力量。

On the afternoon of August 22nd, the “National Online Legal Publicity Tour – Yunnan Station” media group visited the Chengjiang Fossil Museum, a characteristic online legal publicity basein Yunnan Province, and participated in a unique online legal publicity event. The event was conducted through online QR code quizzes, offline interactive quizzes, and legal publicity videos played by science popularization vans. On that day, over 500legal books and legal publicity materials were distributed to tourists and local residents.
In recent years, the Chengjiang Municipal Bureau of Justice has focused on legal regulations in the field of online legal publicity, producing online legal publicity videos, and striving to create a more distinctive online legal publicity brand in Chengjiang. “Since July,we have taken advantage of the surge in tourist numbers during the summer vacation season, and conducted over 40 legal publicity events focusing on topics such as ecological environment protection, protection of minors, and telecommunication fraud,” said a responsible person from the Chengjiang Municipal Bureau of Justice. “We have distributed over 12,000 legal books and legal publicity materials to tourists visiting Chengjiang, offering them a rich legal gift package.”
The Chengjiang Animal Fossil Group in Yunnan Province is an excellent window for observing the Cambrian explosion of life.
