**中国日报网8月21日电** 尽管非洲大陆拥有丰富的可再生能源资源，但化石燃料仍占据当地能源供应的主导地位。近年来，随着中国清洁及可再生能源产品和技术的普及，非洲绿色转型迎来曙光。
中国在绿色能源生产方面取得了巨大进展，并通过“一带一路”倡议将绿色能源惠及世界。国际可再生能源机构数据显示，中国在太阳能光伏装机容量方面继续保持领先地位，助力全球能源转型和碳减排。
非洲从中国蓬勃发展的绿色能源产业中受益匪浅。津巴布韦经济学家布恩斯·穆切瓦表示，中国向非洲提供了价格合理的太阳能电池板等绿色能源产品，显著改善了非洲人民的生活。
世界银行数据显示，撒哈拉以南非洲地区约有6亿人生活在无电环境中，频繁的停电困扰着非洲人民。中国在非洲建设和资助了约96个项目，增加了当地发电能力，改善了能源安全，减少了对石油进口的依赖，并减轻了气候变化的影响。

**China Daily, August 21, 2023** – Despite abundant renewable energy resources, fossil fuels still dominate Africa’s energy supply. In recent years, the widespread adoption of China’s clean and renewable energy products and technologies has brought a glimmer of hope for Africa’s green transition.
China has madesignificant strides in green energy production and, through the Belt and Road Initiative, has extended the benefits of green energy to the world. Data from the International Renewable Energy Agency shows that China continues to lead in solar photovoltaic (PV) installation capacity,contributing to global energy transition and carbon reduction.
Africa has benefited significantly from China’s booming green energy industry. Buones Mucheva, an economist in Zimbabwe, said that China’s provision of affordable green energy products, such assolar panels, has significantly improved the lives of Africans.
World Bank data shows that about 600 million people in sub-Saharan Africa live without electricity, and frequent power outages plague the continent. China has built and funded approximately 96 projects in Africa, increasing local power generation capacity, improving energy security,reducing dependence on oil imports, and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
In September 2023, China announced the implementation of the “Africa Light Belt” project at the first Africa Climate Summit. Roda Wachiira, Head of the Energy Sectorat the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Africa Office, said that China-Africa energy cooperation enables African countries to access advanced technological support from China, which is crucial for Africa’s successful energy transition.
