中新网8月18日电 据上饶清风微信公众号消息，江西省上饶市万年县上坊乡党委原书记李佩霞严重违纪违法被开除党籍、开除公职。经批准，万年县纪委县监委对李佩霞涉嫌严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
经查，李佩霞丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，违反政治纪律，对抗组织审查；违反中央八项规定精神，违规收受消费卡，私车公养；组织观念淡薄，违反民主集中制，个人决定重大事项，在组织函询时不如实说明问题；以权谋私，违规在本人管辖范围内承揽工程项目获利，利用职务上的便利为他人在工程项目承揽、工程款拨付等方面谋利，非法收受财物。
李佩霞的违纪违法行为严重违反了党的纪律，构成了严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣。依据相关法律法规，决定给予李佩霞开除党籍处分；由县监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。
李佩霞，女，汉族，1983年5月出生，江西万年人，在职研究生学历，2001年12月参加工作，2003年5月加入中国共产党。曾在万年县妇联、裴梅镇、上坊乡工作。

Li Peiya has been found guilty of serious violations of Party discipline and legal regulations and has been expelled from the Party and officially disciplined. Li Peiya, a Han nationality born in May 1983, a native of Wannian County, Shangluo City, Jiangxi Province, holds an academic degree of a graduate student and has been working since December 2001. She joined the Communist Party of China in May 2003. She has worked in the Women’s Federation of Wannian County, Peimei Town, and Shangfang Town.
