广西玉林市作为中国面向东盟开放合作的前沿和窗口，正在试点开展企业可持续发展项目(SCORE)。该项目旨在通过国际劳工组织的先进方法理念，提升企业的安全生产水平和可持续发展能力。广西壮族自治区应急管理厅党委书记、厅长周长青表示，玉林市将成为该项目的试点城市，将SCORE项目的先进方法理念与安全生产标准化机制融合，实现“洋为中用”和优势互补，助推企业全员安全生产责任制的落实，提升企业安全风险管控水平。
国际劳工组织中国和蒙古局局长李昌徽表示，SCORE项目通过促进企业管理层和员工更好地对话合作，构建共同目标，提升了企业生产效率，给企业发展提供了自下而上改善生产安全条件的抓手，在强化安全基础管理，落实企业安全生产主体责任等方面成效显著。李昌徽还表示，广西是中国面向东盟开放合作的前沿和窗口，国际劳工组织希望SCORE项目在广西实施后，更好地走进东盟国家，支持当地企业改善生产安全和员工工作条件，提高生产效率。
玉林市委副书记、常务副市长孙睿君介绍，近年来，玉林市加快建设广西先进装备制造城(玉林)、龙港新区玉林龙潭产业园、玉林中医药健康产业园等产业园区，新能源、新材料等产业集群初具雏形，形成了多元支撑、多业并举的产业发展新格局。玉林市将以此次开展SCORE项目服务体系试点建设为契机，深化与国际劳工组织合作，广泛提升中小微企业安全生产水平，为东盟提供经验借鉴，促进区域经济可持续发展。

Yulin City, Guangxi, as a vanguard and window for China’s open cooperation with ASEAN, is currently piloting a Corporate Sustainability Project (SCORE). The project aims to enhance the safety production and sustainable development capabilities of enterprises through advanced methods and concepts of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
Zhou Changqing, the Secretary-General and Director of the Emergency Management Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, stated that Yulin will serve as the pilot city for the SCORE project, integrating its advanced methods and concepts with the safety production standardization mechanism to achieve the goal of “using foreign wisdom for Chinese use” and complementary advantages, propelling the implementation of the corporate safety production responsibility system for all employees and improving the level of risk control over safety production.
Li Changhui, the Director of the ILO’s China and Mongolia Office, noted that the SCORE project has significantly improved production safety conditions by promoting better dialogue and cooperation between enterprise management and employees, establishing common goals, and providing a hands-on approach for bottom-up improvements in production safety. The project has shown significant effectiveness in strengthening basic safety management and fulfilling the corporate responsibility for safety production. Li also mentioned that Guangxi is a vanguard and window for China’s open cooperation with ASEAN, and the ILO hopes that after the SCORE project is implemented in Guangxi, it can better enter ASEAN countries to support local enterprises in improving production safety and working conditions for employees, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
Sun Ruijun, the Deputy Party Secretary and Acting Mayor of Yulin City, introduced that in recent years, Yulin has accelerated the construction of industrial parks such as the Guangxi Advanced Equipment Manufacturing City (Yulin), the Longkou New District Yulongtan Industrial Park, and the Yulin Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Industry Park, where clusters of new energy and new materials industries are beginning to take shape. A new pattern of diversified support and comprehensive development of industries has been formed.
