北斗探空项目是中国气象观测体系的重要组成部分,它的建成标志着中国在高空气象观测领域迈出了重要一步。临沧国家高空气象观测站作为全国11个新建北斗探空项目之一,率先完成了建设并投入运行,显示了中国气象事业的快速发展。
据了解,北斗探空系统具备高精度定位与测风能力,实现了“上升1小时—平漂4小时—下降1小时”三段式探空观测,突破了传统探空观测模式。该系统采用基于地—空物联网的“云+端”数据传输模式,实现了北斗探空业务数据资料和原始观测资料的实时传输,这对于提高气象预报的准确率和防灾减灾工作具有重要意义。
临沧市临翔区气象局副局长马忠良介绍,北斗探空项目的建成将极大提高对“云贵准静止锋”、“低空切变线”、“西南涡”等中小尺度天气系统的跟踪监测能力。这些天气系统对当地乃至更大范围的气象条件有重要影响,其监测能力的提升将直接提高气象预报的准确率,为防灾减灾工作提供有力保障。

The Beidou satellite instrumentation project is an important component of China’s meteorological observation system, and its completion marks a significant step forward in China’s high-altitude meteorological observation field. As one of the 11 newly built Beidou satellite instrumentation projects nationwide, the Lincang National High-altitude Meteorological Observation Station has been the first to complete construction and enter operation, showcasing the rapid development of China’s meteorological industry.
It is understood that the Beidou satellite instrumentation system possesses high-precision positioning and wind measurement capabilities, realizing a three-stage sounding observation method of “ascending for one hour – drifting for four hours – descending for one hour.” This system breaks through the traditional sounding observation model.
