中新网运城8月2日电 (李庭耀 杨秀文)炎炎夏日，山西省运城市闻喜县桐城镇赵家庄村的200亩珍珠枣油桃迎来丰收季，红彤彤的果实挂满枝头。8月2日，60多名村民头顶烈日忙着采摘、分拣和装运，以满足市场需求。

油桃园负责人张振虎介绍，珍珠枣油桃看起来像枣，果实小巧，色泽鲜红，因甜度高、果肉与果核能轻松分离等特点，受到消费者喜爱。
从2018年开始，赵家庄村利用当地日照时间长、昼夜温差大的优势，与一家农业公司合作种植200亩珍珠枣油桃。“我们的珍珠枣油桃不打蚜虫药、不套袋、不疏果，管理简单。果实放到冰箱冷藏后口感更佳。”张振虎说。
今年，赵家庄村的珍珠枣油桃亩均产量约3000斤，从7月下旬开始采摘，可以持续到8月中旬。来自该村及周边的100余名村民到这里务工，分别负责采摘和分拣。村民仇俊平说：“在家门口，每天就能挣130多块钱。”
近期，全国各地的客商在赵家庄村络绎不绝。来自东北的杨春才告诉记者：“我在这里拉走第五车，这里的果实个头、外观、甜度、口感都很好，在东北挺受欢迎。”
张振虎表示：“我们将带动更多村民种植珍珠枣油桃，给他们提供技术指导和服务，帮助他们拓宽销售渠道，让每一颗果实都卖一个好价格，为乡村振兴和农民增收贡献一份力量。”(完)

Zhang Zhenhu, the manager of the peach orchard, introduced that the pearl jujube peaches look like jujubes, are small in size, and have a fresh red color. They are favored by consumers due to their high sweetness and the ease with which the flesh separates from the pit.
Starting in 2018, Zhaojiabang Village utilized the local advantages of long sunshine hours and large day-night temperature differences to cooperate with an agricultural company to plant 200 acres of pearl jujube peaches. “Our pearl jujube peaches are not treated with aphicide, not wrapped in bags, and not thinned, making management simple. The fruit tastes even better after being refrigerated.” Zhang Zhenhu said.
This year, the pearl jujube peaches in Zhaojiabang Village have an average yield of about 3,000 pounds per acre, with harvesting starting from the second half of July and lasting until the middle of August. More than 100 villagers from the village and its surrounding areas come here for work, responsible for picking and sorting. Xie Junping, a villager, said, “I can earn over 130 yuan a day at home.”
Recently, merchants from across the country have been coming to Zhaojiabang Village non-stop. Yang Chuncai from Northeast China reported, “I’ve taken away my fifth load here. The fruits are well-received in Northeast China due to their size, appearance, sweetness, and taste.”
Zhang Zhenhu stated, “We will lead more villagers to plant pearl jujube peaches, providing them with technical guidance and services, helping them expand sales channels, and ensuring that every fruit is sold at a good price.
