在高温方面，受西太平洋副热带高压以及大陆高压控制影响，预计8月上旬，黄淮南部、江淮、江南北部、福建北部、重庆以及新疆盆地、内蒙古西部等地将出现4～8天的高温天气，日最高气温可达35～38℃，部分地区甚至可达39-42℃。
