四川中海国润机械科技有限公司的马芬表示，公司在塞尔维亚有长期合作项目，得知中塞即将实施自贸协定后，立即关注并申请了证书。此次出口商品享受零关税政策，不仅降低了进口商成本，也为公司打开了东欧市场的新局面。

Ma Fen, from Sichuan Zhonghai Guorun Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., noted that the company has long-term cooperation projects in Serbia. Upon learning of the imminent implementation of the free trade agreement between China and Serbia, the company immediately began to focus on and apply for the certificate.
