7月21日，市民陈某通过12315平台反映在古茗奶茶店购买的饮品中发现了红色漂浮物，疑似“血痰”。贵池区市场监督管理局接到投诉后，立即依法依规开展现场检查、调取监控、询问相关人员等工作。
调查结果显示，涉诉饮品店证照齐全，所使用的珍珠、椰果、百香果糖浆、青橘等原料均由总部配送，票证齐全，未见混有异物或感官性状异常，贮存条件符合要求。冲泡用水为水净化设备处理后的直饮水，加工场所环境卫生清洁，符合规范。店内所有从业人员均持有效健康合格证明，未见皮肤破损、出血情况。
监控录像显示，陈某所订购的饮品由店员苏某在7月21日13时31分41秒开始加工制作，至13时39分46秒封口，店内工作人员全程佩戴口罩、工帽，加工过程未发现人员咳嗽。外卖员姚某于当日13时30分接单，13时50分出单配送，14时05分将饮品送达陈某。陈某和外卖员姚某均确认饮品包装封签完整无损。
此外，调查还发现陈某曾请其同事王某某查看疑似“血痰”，但王某某表示仅通过显微镜简单查看，并不确定吸管上黏连物为血液结痂且含有红细胞，且在陈某再三要求下才通过手机拍摄照片。涉诉塑料吸管已被作为废弃物处理。
综合以上情况，贵池区市场监督管理局认为，根据国家市场监督管理总局《市场监督管理投诉举报处理暂行办法》第二十四条第一款之规定，无法认定陈某所诉的饮品中含有疑似“血痰”且与涉诉饮品店加工制作有关。
贵池区市场监督管理局将继续加强市场监管，确保食品安全，同时也提醒消费者在遇到类似情况时，应提供充分证据，以便相关部门能够准确、高效地处理投诉。
