此次推出的政策措施包括但不限于提供研发资金支持、税收优惠、人才引进计划、临床试验便利化服务以及产业链上下游整合等多方面。这些政策旨在通过优化产业环境，吸引国内外生物医药企业集聚，促进科研成果转化，加速浦东成为生物医药创新高地。
