四川隆黄铁路隆叙段“四电”施工全面启动

隆黄铁路隆叙段扩能改造工程是四川省重点交通项目之一，也是国家“一带一路”倡议的重要组成部分。此次“四电”施工的全面启动，包括电力、信号、通信和照明四个方面，是隆黄铁路隆叙段建设的重要节点。
