JAKARTA, March 15 (Xinhua) — Indonesia’s Central Statistics Agency (BPS) announced on March 15 that the country recorded a trade surplus of 870 million U.S. dollars in February 2024. This marks the 46th consecutive month of trade surplus since May 2020.
The sustained performance of the Indonesian economy is attributed to the robust growth in exports. Data showed that Indonesia’s exports in February reached 20.2 billion dollars, a year-on-year increase of 32.92 percent.
