BEIJING, March 15 (Xinhua) — A deepening cooperation meeting on pair-up assistance between Beijing and Yushu was held in the capital city on Monday. Zhao Zhenye, deputy director of Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and Cai Chengyong, secretary of the Yushu Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
The meeting aimed to summarize the achievements of Beijing’s pair-up assistance to Yushu and explore how to further deepen cooperation between the two regions in the new era. Zhao emphasized that Beijing will unswervingly support the development of Yushu through resource sharing, talent exchange, and industrial docking, among other means, to promote cooperation between the two regions to a deeper level and wider fields.
