拉萨物流寄递涉烟违法专项整治查获6万余元违法卷烟
【拉萨3月8日电】(记者 赵朗)拉萨市烟草专卖局联合市邮政管理局、市市场监督管理局、市公安局等部门，开展物流寄递环节涉烟违法行为专项整治行动。
行动中，执法人员重点检查了拉萨市邮政快递企业、物流仓储企业、电子商务平台等物流寄递环节，严厉打击寄递烟草制品、电子烟制品等违法行为。
经查，执法人员共查获15个品规、543条的违法卷烟，涉案金额达6万余元。涉案卷烟均为未经许可生产、销售的非法卷烟，存在质量安全隐患。
执法人员依法对涉案卷烟予以先行登记保存，并对涉案企业和个人进行立案调查。目前，该案正在进一步调查审理中。
拉萨市烟草专卖局相关负责人表示，此次专项整治行动旨在净化物流寄递环节的烟草市场环境，切实保障消费者合法权益。

Law enforcement officers have registered and preserved the seized cigarettes in accordance with the law and have initiated investigations into the companies and individuals involved. The case is currently under further investigation and adjudication.
