青海出台多项政策全力支持民营经济高质量发展
青海省发改委近日发布《关于促进民营经济高质量发展的若干措施》，协同金融支持23条、税费服务20条等配套政策，实施助企纾困和支持经营主体发展10条、促进服务业领域困难行业恢复发展47条等系列政策。
《若干措施》明确，青海将大力支持民营企业在基础设施、能源、交通、信息通信、生态环保等领域投资兴业，鼓励民营企业参与国有企业改革重组，支持民营企业参与政府采购和招标投标。
在金融支持方面，青海将加大对民营企业的信贷支持力度，引导金融机构创新金融产品和服务，支持民营企业融资。在税费服务方面，青海将优化税收营商环境，落实税收优惠政策，减轻民营企业税费负担。
为助企纾困和支持经营主体发展，青海将加大对受疫情影响企业的帮扶力度，实施阶段性缓缴税费、减免房租等措施。同时，支持民营企业开展技术改造和创新，促进民营企业转型升级。
