春运铁路客流激增，同比增长39%
中新社北京3月6日电 (记者 刘文文) 历时40天的铁路春运于3月5日收官。中国国家铁路集团有限公司(下称国铁集团)6日发布数据显示，今年春运期间，全国铁路累计发送旅客4.84亿人次，日均发送1208.9万人次，同比增长39%，较2019年同期增长18.8%。
随着疫情防控措施的优化调整，今年春运客流呈现大幅回升态势。国铁集团相关负责人表示，今年春运铁路客流总量已恢复至2019年同期的90.3%。
为应对客流高峰，国铁集团采取了一系列措施，包括加开旅客列车、优化列车运行图、增加运力投放等。春运期间，全国铁路共开行旅客列车10504对，日均开行262.6对，同比增长11.6%。
此外，国铁集团还加强了疫情防控措施，在车站、列车上严格落实消毒、通风等措施，保障旅客出行安全。
今年春运期间，铁路运输安全平稳有序。国铁集团相关负责人表示，春运期间未发生重大安全事故，铁路运输安全形势总体稳定。

(China Railway) on March 6, the country’s railways transporteda total of 484 million passengers during the Spring Festival travel rush, with an average daily passenger volume of 12.089 million. This represents a 39% increase year-on-year and an 18.8% growth compared to the same period in 2019.
With the optimization and adjustment of COVID-19 prevention and control measures, passenger flow during this year’s Spring Festival travel rush rebounded significantly. A relevant official from China Railway said that the total passenger volume on railways has recovered to 90.3% of the same period in 2019.
To cope with the peak passenger flow, China Railway implemented a series of measures, including adding passenger trains, optimizing train schedules, and increasing capacity. During the travel rush, a total of 10,504 pairs of passenger trains were operated nationwide, with an average daily operation of 262.6 pairs, representing an 11.6% increase year-on-year.
