在全国两会上，来自石油行业的代表委员们纷纷表示，要始终保持石油人的红色底蕴和战斗情怀，为保障国家能源安全、推动经济社会发展作出新的贡献。

At the Two Sessions, representatives and membersof the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) from the oil industry expressed that they will always maintain the red legacy and fighting spirit of oil workers, and make new contributions to safeguarding the country’s energy security and promoting economic and social development.
Dai Houliang, a deputy to the National People’s Congress (NPC) and chairman of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), said that oil workers should keep in mind their original mission, inherit the red gene, carry forward the oil spirit, and provide strong energy support for the development of the party and the country.
Ma Yongsheng, a member of the CPPCC National Committee and chairman of Sinopec Group, pointed out that oil workers should adhere to the “three confidences”, unswervingly follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, unswervingly promote the energy revolution, and contribute to the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
