中国消费者协会于2月20日开启了2024年度”激发消费活力”消费维权年主题调查活动,旨在通过消费者的参与,全面了解当前消费市场的现状和问题,从而进一步推动消费市场的健康发展。调查活动将持续至3月1日,期间,消费者可登录中消协官网参与答题。相关调查结果将于今年3月15日国际消费者权益保护日当天向社会发布。
此次活动是继去年”守护安全 畅通消费”主题年活动之后,中消协再次发起的全国性消费调查活动。去年活动的开展,有效推动了消费市场的复苏和消费者权益的保护。今年的活动以”激发消费活力”为主题,希望通过调查,进一步了解消费者的需求和期望,找出影响消费活力的因素,为政府和企业提供决策参考,也为消费者提供更有针对性的消费指导。
中消协表示,调查结果将用于制定相关政策和措施,以促进消费市场的稳定增长,增强消费者的消费信心,推动构建更加公平、透明、有序的消费环境。同时,中消协也将利用调查结果,开展针对性的消费教育和服务,帮助消费者提高消费意识和能力,更好地维护自身的合法权益。
The Chinese Consumer Association (CCA) has launched the “Encouraging Consumption Vitality” survey on February 20, as part of their annual theme campaign for consumer rights protection in 2024. The aim is to comprehensively understand the current state and issues of the consumer market through consumer participation, thereby further promoting the healthy development of the market. The survey will last until March 1st, during which time consumers can log in to the CCA official website to participate in the questionnaire. The related survey results will be released to the public on March 15th, the World Consumer Rights Protection Day this year.
This event is the second national consumer survey launched by the CCA after last year’s theme campaign, “Protecting Safety, Facilitating Consumption”. The activities last year effectively promoted the recovery of the consumer market and the protection of consumer rights. This year’s event focuses on “Encouraging Consumption Vitality”, hoping to understand consumer needs and expectations, identify factors affecting consumption vitality, provide references for government and enterprise decision-making, and offer more targeted consumption guidance for consumers.
The CCA stated that the survey results will be used to formulate relevant policies and measures to promote the stable growth of the consumer market, enhance consumer confidence, and push for a fairer, more transparent, and orderly consumption environment. At the same time, the CCA will use the survey results to carry out targeted consumer education and services, helping consumers improve their consumption awareness and ability, and better protect their legal rights and interests.
