The Hong Kong Special Administrative Government (HKSAR) welcomed the European Union’s (EU) removal of Hong Kong from its tax cooperation watchlist on February 20. The spokesperson for the HKSAR Government pointed out that Hong Kong has always been committed to cooperating with the international community in combating cross-border tax evasion and avoidance.
