The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released the “Research Report on Artificial Intelligence Ethics Governance (2023)” at the Technology Ethics Governance session of the “2024 China Academy of ICT Deep Observation Report Conference.” The report first summarizes the relevant concepts and characteristics of artificial intelligence ethics governance, and then conducts in-depth analysis of three typical application scenarios: AI-generated content, autonomous driving, and smart healthcare, revealing their potential ethical risks.
