文山1月30日电（记者 缪超）近日，随着挖掘机、推土机的轰鸣声，云南文山至蒙自铁路（以下简称“文蒙铁路”）在云南省文山州马塘镇正式举行开工仪式。
据悉，文蒙铁路是国家“十三五”规划的重点建设项目，线路全长约187公里，设计时速250公里，预计将于2024年建成通车。该项目对于完善云南省铁路网络布局，提升区域运输能力具有重要意义。
据了解，文蒙铁路将连接云南省南部的重要城市文山市和蒙自市，将进一步缩短两市之间的距离，提高两地间的交通便利性。同时，该铁路还将辐射带动沿线地区的经济发展，为云南省南部地区带来新的发展机遇。
