腾讯旗下热门游戏《王者荣耀》近日宣布，将推出全球邀请赛及KPL年度总决赛，全年奖金池高达1亿元人民币。这是继去年成功举办的一系列赛事后，《王者荣耀》再次为玩家和粉丝带来重磅消息。
据悉，KPL王者荣耀职业联赛官方发布了《2024年王者荣耀全球赛事计划》，宣布为KPL新增全年最高规格赛事——KPL年度总决赛，同时还将为KPL组建“梦之队”，并参与2024全新的国际邀请赛。此外，KPL还将推出全新的年度总决赛专属皮肤以及定制FMVP皮肤。
根据腾讯官方的介绍，《王者荣耀》国际邀请赛分为全球邀请赛、洲际邀请赛两大项，洲际赛分为3月和6月两大赛季，后续KPL将直接参加8月举行的MIDSEASON季中赛，后续会在KPL年度总决赛结束之后举行全球邀请赛的冠军赛。
首届洲际邀请赛将于3月在伊斯坦布尔展开精彩较量，投入高达1500万美元（约合1.08亿元人民币），构建国际化电竞生态。此次新增的KPL年度总决赛将位于夏季赛和挑战者杯之间举行，为玩家和粉丝带来更多精彩的比赛。
