我国氢燃料电池汽车领域近日取得重大突破,中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司(简称中国汽研)成功完成了国内首个氢燃料电池整车极限火烧试验。此次试验旨在评估氢燃料电池汽车在火灾事故风险下的安全性能,为我国氢能产业发展提供重要参考。

试验模拟了火灾工况,从多个维度综合评定氢能整车火灾安全可靠性。结果显示,车载氢系统在火灾中主被动安全措施能够及时响应,紧急泄放装置能在高压储氢瓶达到一定温度时及时打开泄放氢气,避免爆炸事故。然而,泄压过程中存在高压气体的脉冲泄放和传感器失效风险。

试验完成后,中国汽研助力完善氢安全标准体系建设,完成相关认证准则1项、团标立项1项。中国汽研表示,后续将分析整理试验数据,为氢燃料电池汽车的安全设计、整车预警响应及时性、风险防控和应急救援提供可参考的认证准则及规范标准。

此次试验的成功开展,标志着我国氢燃料电池汽车安全性能迈上新台阶。氢燃料电池汽车作为未来新能源汽车的重要组成部分,其安全性能的提高有助于推动产业发展,促进能源转型。

China has made a significant breakthrough in the field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, with the successful completion of the country’s first hydrogen fuel cell vehicle extreme fire test by China Automotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Auto”). This test aims to evaluate the safety performance of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in fire accident risks, providing an important reference for the development of the hydrogen energy industry in China.

The test simulated fire conditions and assessed the overall fire safety reliability of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles from multiple dimensions. The results showed that the active and passive safety measures of the onboard hydrogen system could respond promptly in a fire, and the emergency relief device could open timely to release hydrogen gas before the high-pressure hydrogen storage tank reached a certain temperature, avoiding explosion accidents. However, there are risks of pulse discharge of high-pressure gas and sensor failure during the pressure relief process.

After the test, China Auto contributed to the improvement of hydrogen safety standard system construction, completing 1 certification criterion and 1 group standard initiation. China Auto stated that follow-up analysis and sorting of test data will be conducted to provide reference for certification criteria and standardization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle safety design, early warning response, risk prevention and control, and emergency rescue.
