Recently, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released the “Artificial Intelligence Ethics Governance Research Report (2023)” at the Ethics Governance Sub-forum of the “2024 China ICT Deep Observation Report Conference”. The report summarizes the relevant concepts and characteristics of artificial intelligence ethics governance, and analyzes the ethical risks of three typical application scenarios: artificial intelligence-generated content, autonomous driving, and smart healthcare.
The report puts forward four outlooks for artificial intelligence ethics governance combining domestic and international practices. Firstly, it emphasizes the attention to the ethical risks of artificial intelligence-generated content and calls for the formulation and implementation of moral and legal norms in the creative process of artificial intelligence.
