Beijing, September 27, 2023 –Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, President of the People’s Republic of China, and Chairman of theCentral Military Commission, delivered a significant speech at the National Ethnic Unity and Progress Commendation Conference held in Beijing today. Wang Huning read the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Commendation of National Ethnic Unity and Progress Model Collectives and Individuals. 352 model collectives and 368 model individuals were commended.
